RETURN POLICY

At TorqueEdge, we strive to provide high-quality vehicle spare parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical/electronic components once opened or installed.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Clearance or discounted products marked “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
- Email support@torqueedge.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service.
- Once inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- TorqueEdge reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet policy conditions.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund after the specified period:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your payment provider.
- If unresolved, email us at support@torqueedge.store.
