The Car Builders 4x4 Dual Cab XL Pack delivers a complete sound and heat insulation solution for large dual-cab utes such as the Ford F250, Dodge RAM, and Chevrolet Silverado. From the first drive, you’ll notice reduced road noise, less vibration, and improved cabin comfort on long trips.
This kit starts with Stage 1 Sound Deadener, which installs across the floor pan, rear firewall, roof, and door skins. As a result, panel vibration drops significantly, creating a solid and refined driving feel. To further block noise, the Stage 2 Mass Noise Liner acts as a premium carpet underlay. It forms a dense barrier across the entire floor area, helping stop road and drivetrain noise before it enters the cabin.
In addition, the Acoustic Liner installs on the rear firewall after Stage 1 treatment. This closed-cell foam absorbs sound while maintaining a slim profile. The kit also includes Insul-Layer, which adds both sound and heat insulation to the roof. Consequently, cabin temperatures remain more stable in hot or cold conditions.
To make installation easier, the pack includes a full install kit with roller, knife, and foil tape. Finally, Car Builders adds a stubby holder and bottle opener as a bonus.
